Nope. We can take a completely hands-on OR hands-off approach to the maintenance of your website once the design has been completed. Our Frog and Whole Pond packages include a tutorial video so you can learn how to update and edit your website all by yourself. But should you need us, we’ll always be here for you. We offer monthly maintenance plans or a la carte options for updates.

GoDaddy.com is one of the best places on the web to buy your domain name. Search for the name you want (www.examplesite.com or www.howdoesthiswork.net). Once you’ve decided on an available web address, follow the instructions for creating a GoDaddy account (write down your username & password so you don’t lose it! We’ll need that later) and purchase that url.

Once you’ve purchased your domain name, you’ll need to sign up with a company to host your website on their servers. We recommend HostGator as a reliable, up-to-date, green hosting company that plays nicely with WordPress. Visit HostGator.com and sign up for web hosting (save your username, password, & ftp details so you don’t lose it! We’ll need that later). Once you receive confirmation of your purchase, we’ll take it from there to set up your website with your new domain name and hosting account.
